In most cases, yes. Work is scheduled to fit your trading hours or your tenants' routines, which can mean early starts, sections done in stages or noisy tasks moved to quieter times. Access routes stay clear and each section is made weathertight before we leave it. Where a short closure is unavoidable, you will know at the quote stage.

Which flat roof system is best for a commercial building?

It depends on the roof. EPDM rubber suits large, simple areas and has few joints. GRP fibreglass cures to a hard surface you can walk on, and it handles detailed outlets and upstands well. Felt systems remain a practical choice on many decks. We look at the deck, drainage and foot traffic before recommending one, and explain why.

Do you also work on pitched commercial roofs?

Yes. Plenty of shops with flats above, older offices and converted buildings have slate or tile roofs, and we repair or renew those as well. We also handle guttering, downpipes, fascias and soffits, fitting Freefoam uPVC roofline where boards need replacing, so one contractor can look after the whole roof.
